About Oh My! Bakery
The creation of Oh My! Bakery in 2008 has been the culmination of owner and founder, Siobhan Tolochko's lifelong love affair with baking, art combined with her personal quest for a more sustainable & healthier way of life.
Combining her love for traditional American baked goods, fine art and thoughtful eating, Siobhan has created a company that is committed to not only a product of the highest quality possible, but one that is sensitive both to the earth as well as its inhabitants. Oh My! Bakery was founded on the old-fashioned principles, integrity and creativity that Siobhan has embraced since childhood.
Oh My! Bakery offers an artful selection of vegan and gluten-free gourmet desserts, each one handmade from scratch in small batches just for your party or special event. From one-of-a-kind custom cakes and cupcakes to gourmet desserts, Oh My! Bakery is dedicated to creating the dessert of your dreams.
Oh My! Bakery's vegan & gluten free menu reflects
Siobhan's own dietary choices as well as her concern for the earth and its inhabitants, both human as
well as animal. Every bit as decadent as 'regular' treats, these incredible desserts will make you feel good about indulging. Now offering vegan as well as gluten-free cakes, cupcakes, pies and tarts, we dare you to tell the
From private parties, to weddings, to movie sets, Oh My! Bakery's strength lies in its attention to detail, quality products and professional presentation. Oh My! Bakery's client roster includes Universal Studios, Yahoo, Set Ready Craft Service, Warner Brothers Records, Paramount Studios, Rochelle Balin Enterprises, and The Brookturn Company, as well as many private clients. Our desserts have been enjoyed by the cast and crew of many Hollywood productions, including most recently Paul Thomas Anderson's 'Inherent Vice', "Burlesque" "Iron Man 2", "Transformers II", "Nip/Tuck", "Couples Retreat", and "Rampart". Her desserts have also been featured several times on the current hit TV show 'Happily Divorced'.
Siobhan's concern for the environment has led her to create a bakery that honors both the Earth and its inhabitants by striving to use both responsibly made, natural ingredients as well as supplies. Oh My! Bakery only uses advertising materials made from recycled paper as well as uncoated and chemical free bakery boxes. These natural brown boxes use 25-30% less fiber than other box materials - that's 25-30% fewer trees
to produce the same amount of boxes. Because they are unbleached,
strong chemical solvents are not used to bleach the pulp for these boxes. Also, the fiber for these brown boxes comes from SFI
(Sustainable Forestry Initiative) lumber is lumber collected and
reforested utilizing environmentally friendly practices. Even the clear plastic windows on all of our bakery boxes are a cellulose-based product made from plants. The wood pulp used to make this window material is also harvested in accordance with the SFI standards - this window material is recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. We recycle in our kitchen and use earth-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products whenever possible. It all adds up to a very happy kitchen indeed!

"That from-scratch passion was palpable among the two dozen or so artisans at last month's Food Rendezvous...Siobhan Tolochko had long worked in the arts, but after her children were grown she decided to pursue the sweet life. Raised by three generations of bakers, Tolochko created Oh My! Bakery to carry on that legacy of quality handmade desserts: buttery chess pies, fluffernutter cupcakes and vegan nectarine pies with black pepper crusts."

"I had to order a cake for my grand nephew's first birthday. He is lactose intolerant and I did not know where to turn. None of the big stores (Ralphs, Trader Joes' etc) could help me. Then a friend suggested Oh My! Siobhan was amazing. She went above and beyond to be sure that the cake was memorable for the whole family - and delicious. I cannot recommend Oh My! Bakery strongly enough!!!" Dion T., Pasadena,
